step 1: browse listings
filter by product type, size, colour and more to find your perfect look!
step 2: choose borrow period
borrow for 4 days (if local pick-up only), 10 days, 20 days, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months
step 3: meet up locally or get it shipped
if you live nearby by the lender, meet up in a safe, public location. if not, opt for shipping which is automatically done in the app by Canada Post through a pre-paid label
What if the item doesn't fit?
When ordering an item online this is always a risk. Return within 24 hours of receiving the item for a full refund to use as a credit in the app. Items cannot be altered.

How do I receive the item?
If you are near the lender, you can opt for in-person pick-up and meet in the secure public, location listed by the lender. Where in-person pick-up is not possible, a shipping label will be automatically generated on the app by Canada Post.
What if I accidentally ruin the item?
Opt-in for borrow protection during checkout which will cover minor wear and tear to the item. If you do not opt-in, you are liable for the item.​

How do I clean the item?
Don’t worry about cleaning the item before returning it - your lender will take care of this!

What if my item gets ruined?
In the case of any damage, loss or theft, rax will help facilitate your reimbursement for the cost of repair. If the item is damaged beyond repair or not returned, the borrower will need to reimburse you for the estimated market value of the item or replace the item.
How do I get the item to the borrower?
If the borrower opts for in-person pick-up, use the chat feature of the app to agree on a time/place to meet. If shipping, a pre-paid label will be automatically be generated on the app. Simply pack up the item and head to your nearest Canada Post on day 1 of the borrow period.
What are the fees to use rax?
rax is absolutely free to use! rax simply takes 20% commission on all items you lend out. You will get paid after the borrow period is completed within 1-5 days through our secure partner Stripe.
Is my info secure?
All banking/payment information and listing photos are stored and protected through a secure, third party.
